BASKET MILL MHB

Basket mill MHB is very efficient grinding solution with very short period of milling time. The MHB basket mill can be used for low and medium viscous products. During working the basket with grinding balls doesn’t rotate. Inside the basket the milling disc rotates with very high speed and mixes beads to give them milling energy. The impeller at the end of the shaft makes that millbase flow through the basket and circulation effect inside the vessel. The separator at the bottom of the basket isolates balls from milling product. The cooling jackets of the basket and vessel give possibility to control mill base temperature.
